The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout match which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to build hype for next month's boxing match.
Former two time unified title holder Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to damage his features and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will really want to hurt him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
Despite those words, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally recognized for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian turned down a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British opponent Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
Still, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, consistently making huge earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would prevent the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters engaged in the usual confrontation, with their height and weight contrast on show, it highlighted just how unlikely this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the match is truly going ahead.
